Can I pay for my order in-store instead of paying for it online?
Online orders can only be purchased and paid for online. However, if you see limited online inventory and want to reserve some product before it is gone, please call us as we may be able to set it aside for you before it is sold out.

Can I use The Caulking Store gift card online?
Yes! We’re happy to accept The Caulking Store gift card online. You can redeem up to 5 gift cards on one online transaction order, or up to $3,000.00.

What methods of payments are available?
Online purchases can be made with Visa, MasterCard, Paypal and Gift Cards. Contractors, with registered businesses, can fill out a Contractors Credit Application form for monthly invoicing. Additionally, while we are a cashless facility, we can assist you with a cash purchase.

How do I know that my online payment is secure?
Every order is securely processed according to industry-standard SSL Web encryption, in compliance with the International Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCIDSS).

When am I charged for my online order?
Your credit card is charged immediately upon completing your online order and checkout.

Can I order online and pick up/pay in-store?
No, online orders must be paid for online. To purchase items for in-store pickup and payment, please call the store directly to place your order.

(need to confirm if we can do online orders to be placed on hold) How will I know when my order is ready for pick-up?
When your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive an email with the subject line: “Your order is ready for pick-up.” Please wait for that email before arriving in-store to pick up your purchase.

Can I have my order shipped to my house?
Yes! We offer a ship to home service across Canada. Items purchased for in-store pick up or through your local store may be available for home delivery. Contact your store for more details on the services they offer. Additional charges may apply.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE shipping on online orders of $99.00 (pre-tax) or more! On all eligible ship to home items. Shipping fess will automatically be deducted in the shopping cart. Some shipping surcharges may still apply. Shipping is calculated based on the weight and size of your item(s) and shipping location. Your final shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

How long does it take to ship my order?
When in stock, your order is estimated to arrive within 3-5 business days. Ship to home orders is processed within 1-2 business days. Once your items are processed and shipped, your order will take 2-3 business days to arrive. Weekends and holiday may impact the shipment and lead times. We are always working hard to get your orders to you as soon as possible.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders can also be tracked through you Caulking Store account. (Can it? Need to verify)

Can my order be split so some items are ship to home and some are in-store pick-up?
In store pick-ups need to be placed over the phone. If shipment is required to home or a business, it can be placed online.

Are there any shipping restrictions?
Unfortunately, not all items can be shipped. Oversized, overweight, fragile or dangerous goods are not available for ship to home. These items do not meet courier eligibility but may be available for free in-store pick up. Best to contact the store and inquire about speciality delivery of items.

What do I do if my package doesn’t arrive when it says it will?
If your order is delayed, lost, or says it arrived, but you haven’t received it, please contact us. Our Couriers will follow proper protocols and ensuring a picture has been taken upon arrival. (can we ensure this happens?).

My product arrived damaged/defective. What should I do?
The Caulking store offers a satisfaction guaranteed policy. Tools & Equipment have a 30-day guarantee. Sealants, if received damaged can be returned. However, they strictly have a 90-day expiry guarantee. A receipt may be required or a proof of purchase from our system is applicable if orders need to be verified. Please see our Shipping & Returns section for more information.
