Shipping & Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure you receive the best products for your needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your in-store or online purchase, in most cases, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase, unused and in its original packaging with your original receipt.

Online orders that were shipped to your home can either be returned to your store or shipped back to us, initiated through your account (need to verify this) or by contacting support@thecaulkingstore.com or calling: 416-860-8308. Refunds from online orders will be returned to your credit card once the bank processes the return (typically no longer than 30 days). You will receive an email confirming the return. For purchases made with The Caulking Store gift card, an eGift Card will be issued to the email used in the original order.

Shipping to remote areas or in geographical zones outside our normal shipping area are subject to additional freight charges. Prices will vary based on location and market conditions. The price is accurate on the date displayed but may be subject to change without notice.
