Product Availability
Not all items are stocked in-store but may be available for special order. Please reach out to your local store to confirm the availability of specific products.

Rainchecks
While we strive to supply all advertised items, quantities may be limited. In-store rainchecks are available for items not currently in stock, except for discontinued or specially marked items. Rainchecks are not applicable for online orders.

Item Guarantee
All products on our website are guaranteed in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty. Keep all written warranties and your original receipt for future claims. Many items are covered by our guarantee policy, which provides a replacement for defective products within one year of purchase. This guarantee excludes labor costs. Visit your local store for full details on our warranty program.

Prices
Prices listed do not include taxes. While we aim to maintain accurate pricing, we reserve the right to adjust prices and to substitute or discontinue items as necessary. We also reserve the right to correct printing or technical errors.

Price Match Promise
We’re happy to match any in-store purchase to a local competitor’s advertised price. Please speak to store staff for further details, as online purchases are not eligible for price matching.

Our price match guarantee applies to single retail products and excludes material packages, contractor pricing, typographical errors, free offers, gift cards, rebates, or clearance items. Exclusions also include below-cost pricing, damaged or returned goods, and online retailer or wholesale prices. Residential homeowners may have quantity limits. Ask staff for more details.

Tax Exemptions
Currently, The Caulking Store cannot process tax exemptions online, including those for Status Indians, Farmers, Fishermen, Resale, and Government. You will need to pay taxes at the time of purchase and apply to the relevant tax authority for a refund. For more information, visit the Canada Revenue Agency website.

Eco-Fees
Eco-fees support provincial recycling and disposal programs, helping to keep end-of-life products out of landfills and waterways. These fees cover the collection, transportation, recycling, or safe disposal of hazardous materials. Fees are set annually by provincial stewardship organizations and remitted directly by The Caulking Store.
If an item is returned, the associated eco-fee will also be reimbursed.
